I was meditating on and off for a few years, but my meditation practice really took off when I started working with meditation instructor – Ronya Banks. Ms. Banks asked me to clarify my meditation and personal life goals and she has expertly directed and motivated me towards developing an appropriate daily meditation practice. She has also taught me many new meditation techniques and tools that have greatly assisted me. Since I started meditating regularly under her tutelage, I have stopped beating myself up and I feel as though I am a different person today – I am calmer, more patient and happier!
